"Next Stop: Small Appliances. Stand Clear Of The Closing Doors..."


According to Gothamist, NYC's Metropolitan Transit Authority recently received $250,000 from Target to wrap some trains in big promotional Tarjay condoms.  At the same time, the perpetually broke MTA instituted their "doomsday" service cuts over the weekend - including cutting one of the trains that goes to my new neighborhood.

Why doesn't the MTA wrap ALL the trains in enormous prophylactics to help "plug their budget gap" (heh, heh...)??
