His name is RICKY JIMINEZ and he is from Austin, Texas.
He worked as a doorman at Oilcan Harry's in the mid-90s and back then he was a little runt... http://www.oilcanharrys.com/ However, he had (and I say had because steroids do take their toll eventually) a HUGE COCK (10+) and back then he had a wonderful personality.
