MTV's "Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood was rushed to the hospital in Indiana after she threatened to take her own life.
Law enforcement promptly took Amber to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation.
UPDATE: Amber's baby father Gary Shirley called 911 and said "She's going to hang herself" Gary added, "I'm calling you guys because I don't want her to kill herself."
When the Cops arrived she did not appear to be injured, she was taken to a nearby medical facility and is still being further evaluated.
