Percy Miller was ordered to pay his ex-wife Sonya that amount off of his so called income of $1,387 a month.
Sonya has been trying to get a hold of his real financial records but so far has been unsuccessful.
So the Department of Child Support Services hit him with the minimum until they can assess his true worth. Master P has six children, four of whom are minors Tytyana, Italy, Hercy and Mercy.
