According to this post from Joe.My.God, the Obama campaign is considering Lieutenant General Claudia Kennedy as a potential Vice Presidential nominee. Kennedy is the highest ranking female officer in the history of the U.S. Army, and is a retired three star general.
She also supports the repeal of the military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy.
