News: Lindsay Lohan Released From Jail

Lindsay Lohan was released after being in jail for 4.5 hours instead of staying her 30 day sentence.

News: Lindsay Lohan 30 More Days Of Jail

Lindsay Lohan will serve 30 days in jail, and the judge is holding her on a tight leash to make sure she completes her probation.

Lindsay admitted she violated her probation by not attending therapy sessions as required by the court and by getting kicked out of the Downtown Women's Center.

The judge now says ALL of Lindsay's community service must now be served at the L.A. County Morgue.  And the judge gave Lindsay a tight structure on how she must complete the rest of her probation, and if she doesn't the judge will put a warrant out for her arrest and sentence her to an additional 270 days in jail.

As for theThe Sheriff's Dept. thinks Lindsay will serve 20% of the 30 days , 6 days in jail.

Lindsay Lohan is shooting nude photos for Playboy TMZ confirmed and she's making a million dollars!

According to sources, the shoot started over the weekend which means Lindsay was juggling her court ordered morgue duties with getting naked.

News: Lindsay Lohan's Probation Revoked

Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lindsay Lohan's probation, had her cuffed and set a hearing for November 2, when Lindsay could end up getting as much as a year-and-a-half in jail.

Judge Sautner said Lindsay Lohan was completely responsible for being thrown out of the Downtown Women's Center, where the judge told her she must complete probation.

The judge concluded Lindsay violated her probation, scoffing time after time, incredulously reading from the Probation Report -- the section where Lindsay told the Probation officer she didn't find the Women's Center "fulfilling."

News: Lindsay Lohan Sues Pitbull And Ne-Yo

Lindsay Lohan has just sued Pitbull and Ne-Yo for a line in there hit, "Give Me Everything," for a disparaging lyric about her.

The line goes "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein', to keep flowin'
I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."

Lindsay is upset, claiming in her lawsuit "the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff."

Lindsay, who claims in the lawsuit she is "a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild, is suing under the New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes."

The suit filed by Stephanie Ovadia seeks an injunction to stop all of the defendants from broadcasting the song. It also seeks unspecified damages. Ovadia is the same lawyer who filed the E*TRADE lawsuit on Lindsay's behalf, which settled for a confidential sum.

An additional comment about Charlie Sheen: Someone recently made a completely true observation - if Lindsay Lohan (or Britney or Amy Winehouse) did HALF the "partying" Charlie always does, there would be widespread media condemnation and chatter about her need for intervention/rehab/etc. Charlie Sheen has these episodes at least once a month and the media basically shrugs and says "Oh that's just the way Charlie is". Yes, I've heard some murmurs about people wanting Charlie to go to rehab - but nothing like when female stars "party" like that. Double standard much?!?

UPDATE: After completing this post last night and scheduling it to appear this morning, I read that Charlie Sheen has indeed checked himself into rehab. Hopefully this will delay the big "YES" message at IsCharlieSheenDead.com for at least a little while.

Lohan and her attorney contend that the messy "Milkaholic" baby in the ad above (named "Lindsay") is actually her - and it damages Lindsay's pristine reputation and the honorable "Lohan" name.  Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, claims that "Lindsay" has the same single-name recognition as "Oprah" or "Madonna" - thereby making the lawsuit possible.

Crackheadpuhlease ... if they called the baby "Hoover" or "Electrolux" or "Cokesnortingdrugfiend", THEN Lindsay would have a case.  But not now.
