Channing Tatum, who turned 29 on Saturday, started as a fashion model, moved into dancing (he was in Ricky Martin's "She Bangs" video), and then branched out into acting. His latest movie, Fighting, opening this weekend.

'Stop Loss' Is A Dud At The Box Office

Despite all the white meat hotness of Ryan Phillippe and Channing Tatum (which is a TOTALLY cool name), Iraq War film Stop Loss premiered in a disappointing 8th place at the box office this weekend.

Stop Loss brought in only $4.5 million, behind such future classics as Superhero Movie ($9.5 million), Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns ($7.8 million), and Drillbit Taylor ($5.8 million).

I think I'll wait for the DVD.
