I am on a celeb sighting hot streak lately! My best friend and I were dollar store shopping today, and we walked right past Richard Blais and his wife Jazmin on 5th Avenue. Richard was carrying their beautiful daughter Riley in one of those front-facing baby carriers and the three of them were adorable.
