Clothing retailer The Gap won't back down from a fight. The Hollywood Reporter says the company, which is being sued by Kim Kardashian over an advertisement for Gap-owned brand Old Navy that features a Kim look-alike, has hired a high-powered attorney to get the lawsuit thrown out.
The look-alike in question is model Melissa Molinaro, dates Reggie Bush.
If the lawsuit makes it to court, this could mean another Kardashian television special? lol
