Rapper Yung Joc Sued By Atlanta Production Company

Yung Joc is being sued for ignoring an existing contract to sign up with Diddy in 2005. Master Mind Music, an Atlanta-based production company, is suing Yung Joc, Block Enterprises and Bad Boy/Atlantic for breach of contract, claiming it actually holds the rights to all of Joc's music created since 2005.

Yung Joc released two successful albums with Bad Boy, including his 2006 debut New Joc City and 2007's Hustlenomics. In addition to breach of contract, Master Mind is suing for copyright infringement, tortious interference and fraud.

Recently his studio was robbed with more than $70,000 stuff was stolen. He has put out a cash reward and information leading to recovery of his equipment.
