A paternity suit was filed in Broward County by Florida Department of Revenue by Tyrisha Childers, who claims Ross got her pregnant and he hasn't paid anything for child support.
Tyrisha claims to have no income except for $694 a month in disability payments.
Ross fired back claiming claiming he never even slept with her and will prove it by taking a DNA test.
