Heidi Klum will be filing will for divorce from Seal.
TMZ is reporting "irreconcilable differences" is the cause for the divorce.
The couple married in 2005. They have 4 kids, 3 are Seal's biological kids.
As for splitting up the goodies, there's a lot on the line. According to Forbes, in the last year alone, Klum raked in $20 million. It's unclear how much Seal made.
They always looked so happy when seen together, we wanted this one to work.
