Madonna has also been selected as a major act for the championship game. She will be performing with Nicki Minaj, M.i.A and Cee-lo Green.
In a recent interview with NY 1, the pop singer was asked about her plans for the show, whether she has any risky or accidental surprises. In her response, the singer brought up Janet Jackson and her 2005 wardrobe malfunction:
“I have not mainstreamed and I’m not planning anything naughty. I’m planning something super entertaining. Yep, yep! You don’t have to show nipples to be interesting or/and it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re cutting edge if you do, right?”
