R&B singer Lloyd finds himself being sued for the same thing twice. He settled the case in 2010 but now he's being sued again for not paying the settlement agreement.
He was sued by Joyce Irby, his former manager, for breach of contract. The two sides reached a settlement which, according to court documents, called for Lloyd to pay $100,000 and required Lloyd to help Irby find a job.
But according to documents filed last month, Irby claims Lloyd has only paid $20,000 thus far and has failed to find her a gig.
Irby wants the remaining $80,000, the job, plus attorney's fees.
