A very thirsty Jerry Silverhardt filed the lawsuit Monday in L.A. County Superior Court claiming he was instrumental in securing Tami’s career.
Jerry claims Tami paid him for Season Two and then let him go.
According to Jerry, they have an oral contract and she owes him 10% no matter what on all her paychecks for seasons 3 through 6. Sounds like he's broke and can't afford Christmas presents.
