The Kardashian family is threatening to take legal action against a woman who wants to use the family name to sell an eyelash product.
The product is called KardashianLash and the person behind the company named Sarah Ehrlich just filed a petition to trademark the name.She just wants to help raise money to send Honduran orphans to cosmetology school but the Kardashians don't want to because it doesn't give them any type of income.
The Kardashians are claiming no one ever asked them for permission and are planning to fight her petition, claiming it's a blatant rip-off of their trademark unless they get paid for it.
