Beyonce To Launch "Pulse" Summer Edition

Want to smell like Beyonce this summer? Beyonce is launching Pulse Summer Edition. Created by IFF perfumer Bruno Jovanovic, the fragrance is a fruity floral with top notes of pear, icy mandarin and pink pepper.

The bottle which was inspired by Beyonce’s stage costumes will be in stores this spring. Beyonce Pulse Summer Edition is a limited-edition and will retail for $49-$59.

Katy Perry Disses Beyonce

Katy Perry spoke to BBC Radio and discussed her upcoming collaboration with her best friend Rihanna:

"We’ve collaborated on a lot of things, but just not songs yet. It’s one of those things that’s got so much build up that we have to deliver. I want it to be like that Eurythmics and Aretha Franklin song “Sisters Are Doin’ It for Themselves,” not what Beyonce and Shakira did with “Beautiful Liar.”

But I definitely want to do something that is so iconic. Rihanna’s kind of busy too. We’re both busy but we planted the seed two years ago. How disappointed would you be if that song came out and it’s no good? Sometimes you have to wait for greatness."

Beyonce Has 2 New Films In The Works

Beyonce will be starring in the new movie "One Hit Wonders" an upcoming project by Glee creator Ryan Murphy. The film, which also stars Cameron Diaz, Reese Witherspoon and Gwyneth Paltrow, is about four singers who are one hit wonders joining forces for a comeback.

Also a biopic on Shirley Bassey, the singer behind popular James Bond tracks including "Diamonds Are Forever" and "Goldfinger," is also in the works.

The film will be titled Miss Shirley Bassey and that it will be directed by  Marc Evans.

Beyoncé Putting Out 2 Albums in 2012

Beyoncé once famously declared that the female persuasion is "strong enough to bear your children then get back to business" and it looks like the superstar and new mom is staying true to her word.



According to producer and songwriter Ryan Tedder, who worked with Beyoncé on "4" and "I Am... Sasha Fierce", Beyonce has two new music projects lined up for 2012.

The singer recently made her first public appearance since the birth of her baby, Blue Ivy Carter, at Jay-Z's two-night concert series at Carnegie Hall.

She's currently holding a remix contest for her single "End of Time," the winner of which may appear on a remix album. Also she's working on her 5th studio album.

Blue Ivy Now Has A Strain Of Marijuana Named After Her

Beyonce and Jay-Z's baby Blue Ivy isn't just the youngest person to appear on the Billboard charts she's also the youngest person to have her own strain of marijuana named after her.

Now weed dispensaries in Hollywood are cashing in on hip hop's baby princess by selling a new strain of marijuana called "OG Blue Ivy."

So far, none of the dispensaries have received any sort of legal notice from the couple.

Beyonce Suffered Miscarriage Before Blue Ivy

Jay-Z just revealed that Beyonce suffered a miscarriage before conceiving their daughter Blue Ivy.

The rapper dropped the bombshell in his newest song "Glory" which he released today in honor of Blue Ivy's birth this weekend rapping, "Last time the miscarriage was so tragic/We was afraid you'd disappear/But nah baby you magic."

The song was produced by Pharrell and even includes an audio sample of Blue Ivy crying just moments after she was born.

Among the proud fatherly lyrics "The most amazing feeling I feel, words can’t describe what I’m feeling for real / Baby, I paint the sky blue, my greatest creation was you."

News: Beyonce Hit With Huge Real Estate Loss

This have to be one of the worst years in Beyonce's career from her album flopping, losing lawsuits left and right and now even took a hit in real estate. At least she has her "baby" coming soon.

Beyonce dropped $465,000 on a tiny cabana in a glitzy Miami condo complex back in 2002 it only measured 190 square feet and had one bathroom. All it was basically a small little beachfront room, from which Beyonce could walk to and from the sand and the pool.

B sold the cabana for $110,000 which is $355,000 less than she paid for it. 

News: Beyonce Hit With $100 Million Dollar Lawsuit

A judge ruled Tuesday that superstar singer Beyoncé can’t dance away from a $100 million lawsuit lodged against her by a videogame maker.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Ramos rejected the hip-hop princess’ request to toss the suit filed by Gate Five LLC.

Without explaining, Ramos ruled Gate Five can proceed with civil action charging that Beyoncé “double crossed” the firm when she abandoned its project to make a dance videogame.

The suit claims she bailed at the last minute on the project for a videogame called “Starpower: Beyoncé” after making an “extortionate demand” for more money.

Gate Five claims the firm financing the game backed out because of Beyoncé’s last-minute maneuvers.

Beyoncé’s lawyers countered that she had every right to walk because Gate Five had not secured financing for the project by a mid-November 2010 deadline.

News: Georgetown University Offers A Jay-Z Class

On a lyrical level, fans and foes have studied Jay-Z. He even picked apart his rhymes himself with his book Decoded.

Jay-z has now became the subject of a college course. Thanks to author and professor Michael Eric Dyson, students at Georgetown University can now pine over the lyrics and life of Sean Corey Carter.

Beginning this semester, Dyson offered a course called the "Sociology of Hip Hop: Jay-Z." The class focuses on any and all social issues, including sexuality, capitalism, racial and gender identity and economic inequality.

The professor tells Fox News, the Brooklyn rapper is an appropriate subject because “I think he's an icon of American excellence." In the class, Dyson covers topics like Hova's Grammy wins, his marriage to Beyoncé and his musical collaborations with Kanye West.

What a nice Birthday present also, he just turned 42 and Beyonce is about to deliver his first child.

News: Beyonce Addresses Fake Pregnancy Rumors

Beyonce realized she's living in a Rihanna world, after disappointing album sales for her album "4", what better way to keep her name in the press, then carry a child.

It's been rumored that she hired a surrogate mother, so she can protect her shape but according to Beyonce herself, it's just a rumor. She's really pregnant and due at the end of December.

There's a reason why Beyonce is keeping mum about her exact due date, which she explained to Katie Couric on "20/20" Friday night.

"The truth is, it's safety," the 30-year-old mother to be says. "I just want to make sure I can have a peaceful day. And I want to make sure my child is protected."

She also brushes off reports that she's had bizarre pregnancy cravings, including putting ketchup on everything and chili sauce on ice cream.

"I was on a plane and the flight attendant came and was like, 'I have your hot sauce and pickles and bananas.' And I'm like, 'That is absolutely disgusting, what are you doing?' He's like, 'I read it on the internet,'" Beyonce laughed.

When asked how excited about the baby Jay-Z was, Knowles said, "You can only imagine, and multiply that. It's very exciting for both of us and our families ... Everyone is so anxious. It's like the time just can't come fast enough."

Beyonce advised Rihanna to complete her tour commitments and take a year off to relax. Beyonce states she took a break in 2009 and spent time with husband Jay-Z and felt good while recording her "4" album which flopped.  Beyonce thinks Rihanna needs downtime or she’ll burn out. Rihanna has the #1 single in the country will also have the #1 album in the country next week, is Beyonce hating on Rihanna and wants her out of the spot light or just giving good advice? News: Mary J. Blige And Beyonce Do A Duet

The two divas lay out a tutorial on how to "Love a Woman," from MJB's upcoming "My Life II ... The Journey Continues, Act I". But fans may be surprised to learn that the long-overdue collaboration was nearly a one-woman affair.

Beyonce initially recorded the song for her "4" LP, but since the album didn't sell and they wouldn't be able to make into a single she thought it would be a better fit as a duet with Mary and put it on Mary's album.

While both the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul and an expecting Queen B display good chemistry on the song, a video for the track may be hard to pull off. "I'm sure 'Love a Woman' would be a single but I can't really trouble Beyoncé right now; she's pregnant and I'm sure she's doing her stuff," Mary said. "So whenever she's ready, if she's ever ready, I'm ready and it'll be great."

Last Friday, Beyonce performed on the Jimmy Fallon show and she DID NOT have her baby bump. Immediately Beyonce's people claimed that the reason she DIDN'T have the bump, is that the show was TAPED back in July.
Well Jimmy Fallon sent out a message to ALL HIS FOLLOWERS saying Beyonce was IN STUDIO with him on that Friday? So is she, or isn't she?
