Trey Songz Strips Down For "Vman" Magazine

Trey Songz almost bares it all in men's fashion magazine VMAN. The singer-songwriter appears shirtless in black-and-white photos taken by photographer Bruce Weber. He also took some time away from the camera to talk to model Selita Ebanks about his upcoming album Chapter 5, his foundation Angels With Heart and to give words of encouragement for victims of cyber bullying.

“I think the new album will reflect very much where I’m going as a person and what I’ve been through. Music, for me, is very much an expression of how I felt at the time when that song was made. And it’s almost been a year and a half since I put my last album out, so we’ll see how much I’ve grown and how much I’ve changed since that album’s dropped.”

One thing he's done is focus on giving back and offering youngsters the opportunity to rise up despite their circumstances. Songz launched his Angel With Heart foundation last year to unite "Trey's Angels" and reach out to low-income communities much like the one he grew up in.

Songz also shared some words of advice about not only reaching out to victims of cyber bullying, but also sitting down with the bullies themselves.

“Bullying is childish, and a lot of kids get stuck in situations where obviously something is wrong at home, so it’s kind of a release for them," he says. "It’s a comfort blanket and it’s affecting so many people as well as themselves. It’s important to speak not only to the people being bullied but to the bullies as well. To the people out there who are being bullied, just stay strong. There’s only one you.”

His fifth album Chapter 5 drops this spring and he will begin the Anticipation 2our with Big Sean February 9 in Cleveland.
