It happened at Drake's Grammy after party.

Claudia's ex recently broke up with the deranged woman in question and for some reason, she blames Claudia for the breakup. Claudia hasn't spoken to her ex in two years and has no reason to even want to speak to him.
Claudia didn't say a word to the woman the entire night but the thirsty female was staring her down the whole time. Security tossed the woman out.
