News: NFL Star Terrell Owens Sued Again For Being Dead Beat Father

For the second time this year Terrell Owens failed to pay his child support in Fulton County. Melanie Paige Smith has filed yet another civil case in Fulton Superior Court, alleges Owens has not paid child support and has said he does not plan to make future payments.

The NFL star was ordered in May 2007 to pay $5,000 per month, according to the suit, which estimated his monthly income at $666,000. Owens made June and July payments only after being threatened with legal action, the document states.

The 37-year-old Alabama native, who holds or shares several NFL records, is currently a free agent. He last played for the Cincinnati Bengals in 2010. Smith and Owens have a 5-year-old daughter.

Just pay your damn child support.
