Following this weekend’s firestorm when the Los Angeles Police Department alleges Game started a telephone flash mob with a simple tweet that shut their emergency phone lines down, the Compton rapper tells TMZ he was in the middle of a photo shoot.
In fact, the 31-year-old rapper says it was childhood friend who sent the tweets from his phone without his knowing. He says his friend had no idea the number he listed was to the police department either.
While the LAPD is trying to charge the MC with obstructing justice, delaying the work of a peace officer and disrupting communication over a public safety radio, he says, "Casey Anthony can get away with murder and The Game goes to jail for tweeting. God bless America."
