Earlier this week, a judge threw out charges against Foxy for allegedly mooning her neighbor.
Brown's lawyer Salvatore Strazzullo says the charges were "malicious" and that the ADA's office should have never gone after his client. "Do we want our tax dollars going for this?" he said, in addition to saying the city had the audacity to file a suit against Foxy "with school budget cuts."
The case has yet to be filed, and a rep for the city's Corporation Counsel said they "have not seen any legal papers."
