New Mixtape: Lil Wayne "Sorry For The Wait"

To make up for the multiple pushbacks of "Tha Carter IV", Lil Wayne will be dropping a new mixtape, called "Sorry for the Wait"

According to Wayne, the tape will be formatted in a similar way to his 2009 project "No Ceilings" and will feature Wayne rapping over other artist's tracks.

The tactic allows Wayne to jump on songs that he didn't get the chance to, in an attempt to put his own stamp on them. "Yeah, it's gonna be just like "No Ceilings", taking the fuck over a nigga's beat. You know what it is, killin' niggas shit," he said. "Make a nigga pissed, mad as a mother-fucker he ain't call me to get on that motherfucker originally. Like, 'Fuck, if I'd have took this nigga call this nigga's song wouldn't be hotter than mine!"

As it stands now, "Tha Carter IV" is scheduled to drop August 29.

The Results Are In ...

Week #1 of the Good Days Not-So-Fluffy Bunny Healthy Living Project (seriously people – can ANYONE come up with a better name?) is in the books, and overall the results were pretty impressive. Here’s how everyone did (Note: The first number is the number of “Good Days” each person had):

As stated before – everyone has his/her own criteria for what consists of a Good Day and/or Bad Day. So there are no winners/losers on this list and the rankings should not be taken as such. We are only competing with ourselves.

To the Bunnies who reported (above) - feel free to elaborate in the comments section about how your week went. Also, if you forgot to email me with your results for Week #1, please tell us your tally in the Comments.

Overall – you Bunnies were pretty damn impressive. Me?? … Not so much.

I should never EVER underestimate my ability to sabotage myself. The week prior to Week #1 I was kicking bunnybutt – eating healthy, exercising, and losing 8 lbs. When Week #1 officially started, I rested on my butt laurels from the week prior and kept telling myself that TOMORROW would be a Good Day. Needless to say, I only ended up with two of those tomorrows. I ‘competed with myself’ – and LOST

So it got me to thinking (which is never good) … what if I posted MY results daily? I tried to talk myself out of this last night because I’m horrified of looking like a fat idiot with no self control (If the shoe fits…) – but it will hold me much more accountable. And maybe it will motivate some/all of us to do better.

So every morning I’ll post my results from the previous day (oh JEEBUS, I’m going to regret this). It’ll probably just be a quick blurb – but occasionally I may elaborate, especially if I get back to kicking bunnybutt again.

Yesterday’s results: BAD DAY. Blame Wendy’s – not me, of course. Oy.

News: MobWives Star Goes Under The Knife

Our favorite "Mob Wives" star Renee Graziano went under the knife for a $30,000 full-body surgery, including a ass lift and tummy tuck.

Renee told TMZ she's not getting the surgery because she's self-conscious, she's getting it because she gained a lot of weight since taping the show and she's always wanted a big booty.

According to Renee, the show had nothing to do with the procedure "Mob Wives" didn't pressure her to get the work done and they didn't pay for it either.

The recovery time for such major surgery takes about 10 days but once she's in the clear, Renee tells us, she can't wait to get naked.

News: NBA Star Gilbert Arenas Vs. BasketBall Wives

NBA star Gilbert Arenas wants a judge to pull the plug on "Basketball Wives: Los Angeles," claiming his baby mother Laura Govan is exploiting him by appearing on the show.

The Orlando Magic guard claims Laura Govan the mother of his 4 children signed up to do "Basketball Wives" solely to become a television personality.

He claims "the very presence of defendant Govan and the title of the show is an obvious reference to him" And Arenas notes his name was used in the press release announcing Govan had joined the cast.

Gilbert claims Govan and the producers have no right to use his name or likeness, expressed or implied so he's asking a judge to slap an injunction on the show so it can't air. He also wants cash for his troubles.

What do you think?

It's No Surprise Who/What Wins...
