Michelle Obama Covers "Ebony" Magazine

First Lady Michelle Obama is on the cover of EBONY magazine’s May 2012 edition. Mrs. Obama dished on how she plans on celebrating Mother’s Day, how she maintains her figure while taking on First Lady duties and stressed the responsibility of positively raising her daughters Malia & Sasha.

This issue hits newsstands April 17th and will also feature a group photos from other celebrity mothers and their families.

We love you Michelle, and we want you for another 4 years as our First Lady...

News: First Lady Michelle Obama Booed at NASCAR Event

First off, who ever booed her should be ashamed of themselves. Michelle Obama has been one of the most influential and positive first ladies who actually cares about our country.

NASCAR has for years claimed it gets a bad rap as a conservative hillbilly outfit where the Confederate flag flies a symbol of racial divide.

 That was never more evident than during a NASCAR event in Florida on Sunday where First Lady Michelle Obama and the vice president’s wife, Dr. Jill Biden, were booed when they were introduced while supporting military veterans and their families in their quest to find work. The women were being introduced on stage just before the customary “Gentlemen! Start your engines!” to begin the race when the boos came from the crowd.

The first lady and Dr. Biden continued on without acknowledging the disrespect but it was hard to overlook.

"It's a sad statement on our political discourse if the booing was indeed directed at Mrs. Obama and Dr. Biden," said ABC News Senior Political Reporter Rick Klein. "They were appearing on behalf of military families, a cause which transcends party lines."
The pair had received a warmer welcome at a pre-race meeting, where drivers gave them a standing ovation, the Associated Press reported.

News: The Kardashians Vs The Obama's

The Kardashian's say they were completely blindsided when Michelle Obama revealed that Barack doesn't like when their daughters watch their reality show insisting the President has them pegged all wrong.

The Kardashian's are telling friends they read Michelle's new interview with iVillage  in which she said, "Barack really thinks some of the Kardashians when they watch that stuff , he doesn't like that as much."

The Kardashians were "surprised" by the news because Obama personally told Khloe he thought "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" was a "great show" when they met last year.

In fact, the Kardashians believe Sasha and Malia could actually LEARN something from the show because it features girls in real life situations facing real life problems health, relationships..

This is a total fail, would you let your daughters watch the Kardashians? Think about it, Kim is famous for a sextape, Khloe slept with the NBA & NFL, Kourtney and the younger ones seemed more tame but none are role models.

News: Michelle Obama Covers "Essence"

First Lady Michelle Obama is stunning for fall in a fuchsia floral gown on the cover of Essence magazine’s October 2011 issue. The “Power Issue” celebrates Michelle as one of the world’s most influential Black women. Forbes also recognized her on their “World’s Most Powerful Women List” last month.

In the article titled “The Leading Lady,” Michelle reflects on her power as the country’s First Lady and shares some of the ways she’s using it for good namely, through a commitment to the wellbeing of women and girls around the world.

“Women energize me.” She notes, “My husband is terrific. He is my true partner. Spending time with him is key But it's also important for us as women to find each other. And there's that natural reenergizing that happens when women get together. We kind of hold each other up.”

Rush Limbaugh Thinks Michelle Obama Is Fat

Prescription drug expert Rush Limbaugh now fancies himself as some kind of a HEALTH and DIET guru. And he thinks that First Lady Michelle Obama doesn't practice what she preaches when it comes to her diet (via Gawker):

The problem is—and dare I say this—it doesn't look like Michelle Obama follows her own nutritionary, dietary advice. And then we hear that she's out eating ribs at 1,500 calories a serving with 141 grams of fat per serving...

Wow, if Rush could have somehow thrown in a watermelon reference and maybe used his famous "ching chong" Chinese accent, that quote would have been perfect. Try harder next time, AssMonkey.

... or a game or a match - whatever it is they call a Hopscotch competition.

The picture above shows First Lady Michelle Obama playing hopscotch with some children in Mumbai. I just want everyone to know that - as Lindner Park Hopscotch Champion (Summer, 1970-something), I could TOTALLY beat her at hopscotch. In fact, I DOUBLE-DARE Mrs. Obama to meet me on the sidewalk in front of my apartment here in Astoria so we can throw down. Bring the chalk, ma'am.

And yes - I realize that the First Lady is obviously very physically fit and in wonderful shape, whereas I'm ... um ... NOT. And I also know that if I won, Mrs. Obama could unleash her loyal army of ACORN Socialist Community Organizers on me. At least that's what they tell me on Fox News.

But that doesn't matter - because I have a secret weapon. All I have to do is recreate my championship hopscotch marker - just like the one I used to win the Lindner Park Hopscotch Championship all those many years ago. My very special marker wasn't a rock or a bean-bag - it was a custom-made bracelet made out of plastic beads strung onto yarn. And YES, I made it myself during art class at Lindner Park that summer. And it was fabulous ... all the other girls said so.

{{BTW - for those of you just tuning in - I'm REALLY gay ... like "No white after Labor Day" gay ... i.e. "If you beat me at hopscotch I'll challenge you to a vogue-off contest" gay. This is also known as "LIBERACE gay". Just thought you should know...}}

Anywhore, all I need to do is locate some vintage 1970's plastic beads in various colors and string those suckers together into a child-sized bracelet, and I'm good to go.

Wait, that's no Drag Queen - this bewitching beauty with Michelle Obama is Cameroon's first lady, Chantal Biya. They were part of a United Nations spouse's luncheon, hosted by Mrs. Obama and held at Blue Hill at Stone Barns (a former Top Chef challenge site). I don't know why our First Lady invited those other heifers, when it's obvious that all it takes is Miss Chantal to get this party started right.
