This openly gay 23-year-old was born and raised in Florida and went through a difficult childhood due to his homophobic father. When J.D. was a young boy, his Grandmother brought him to Sea World, where he fell in love with the Dolphins.
J.D. recently graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Marine Biology. While still in school, Ordonez became one of the youngest Dolphin Trainers in the world - a job he still holds today.
