After months and months, I FINALLY made it to the gym last night. I did just 40 minutes on a stationary bike, which is definitely better than nothing. And the bike doesn't make my ankles/feet hurt like walking does lately.

Then it was out to the gym itself to hit the bike and see the sights...





It felt REALLY good to get some exercise, I must admit. Now lets see if I go back later in the week.
