Terrence Howard's Wife Threatening To Release Embarassing Sex Tape

Terrence Howard filed a police report with the LAPD Monday, claiming his estranged wife is extorting him, and we're told he presented a shocking audio tape as proof.

Howard and his lawyer went to the LAPD to file the crime report.  Howard claims Michelle Ghent Howard is squarely demanding money from him, in return for not releasing Terrence's embarassing sex tape and nude pics. The former couple is in an epically bitter divorce battle, and she's using the fact that Terrence has a small penis and a bad lover against him to embarass him.

Queen Latifah & Terrence Howard To Star In New Thriller

Just days after announcing that she will star in the all Black remake of Steel Magnolias, the actress has hopped aboard another film project, the indie thriller "House of Bodies".

Terrence Howard and Peter Fonda will co-star in the film, about a deaf boy who develops a friendship with a phone relay operator and then gets entangled in a series of grisly murders that must be solved by a detective.

Latifah and her producing partner, Shakim Compere, will produce the film through their Flavor Unit Entertainment. Production will begin at Flavor Unit's Miami studios this month.

News: Actor Terrence Howard's Wife Files Restraining Order

Terrence Howard's estranged wife got a restraining order against the actor this morning claiming Howard constantly beats her and threatens to kill her.

Michelle Howard filed court documents claiming Terrence began beating her up 7 days after they were married in January 2010. 

Michelle claims the violence continued throughout their marriage -- with Terrence allegedly committing several violent acts, such as

-- smacking her in the face and chipping her tooth with his wedding ring
-- throwing her down to the ground in a parking lot
-- telling her, "I'll hit a woman quicker than I'd hit a man"
-- Saying, "If you tell anyone about my personal business, I will kill you and no one will ever know
-- Screaming, "Bitch, walk home. That's my car, I pay for it."

Howard also filed legal papers, adamantly denying that he EVER threatened Michelle but claiming she has been threatening to "release private materials to 3rd parties for her own personal financial gain" unless he paid her money.

The material in question includes an embarrassing naked video of Howard walking around showing his small penis, and him singing naked in the shower.

This morning, an L.A. County Superior Court judge granted Michelle a temporary restraining order preventing Howard from going near her or contacting her until their next court hearing.

News: Actor Terrence Howard Leaves Death Threats

Actor Terrence Howard left a life threatening message on a stranger's voicemail, and RadarOnline.com.
In the message, left early in the morning of August 31, Terrence identifies himself before going off on an angry tirade about the source calling his wife.

"Nigga, you been calling my wife... If you call my wife again I'm going to come to your house and I'm going to cut your fucking throat," Terrence says in the message.
"Understand that. I'm gonna tell you this one time. You call my wife again, I'm going to kill you."

According to the source, just five days prior, a female friend of his said she got Terrence's phone number from another friend. After a night of drinking with the source, she decided to prank call Terrence and leave a message expressing her undying love.

"Her phone was dead, so she used mine and left about a three-minute voicemail professing her love for him," the source who wishes to remain anonymous told RadarOnline.com.

"But apparently the call was made to his wife's phone, not his. I'm assuming she got the voicemail of my friend gushing about Terrence and questioned him about it." Then on September 7, Terrence again called the source and left another voicemail, but this time to apologize.

"I'm so sorry for calling you and speaking that way," Terrence said. "I thought you were somebody that's been harassing my wife. Please forgive me."

Terrence and his wife, Michelle Ghent, wed in a secret ceremony in 2010 and by February of 2011 she had already filed for divorce, although it appears the couple has reconciled.
