Chris Bosh says his child's mother is doing everything she can to destroy his relationship with his daughter and the latest evidence is that she only wanted to let Chris see the child a grand total of 22 hours in February.
Bosh who is slated to play in the All-Star Game Sunday in Orlando will be in an Orlando family court first thing Monday morning, asking a judge to either force Allison Mathis to give him "meaningful time" with his 3-year-old daughter or hold Mathis in contempt for denying him that.
According to the docs, Mathis is supposed to hand the child over to Chris 12 days a month, but it hasn't happened.

Chris Bosh is battling his baby mama in court because he believes she's trying to keep him from seeing his daughter.
According to court documents filed in Bosh's custody case in Maryland, Bosh's babies mama Alison Mathis, has refused to speak to Bosh directly since April 2011 instead communicating only through lawyers.
Bosh alleges Mathis has repeatedly ignored his requests to see 3yr old Trinity and only allowed him to see her for fewer days than their custody arrangement dictates.
Bosh filed docs a few months ago to have Mathis held in contempt and a court date had been set for July 12. But Bosh recently requested to have that date moved up because he says it conflicts with training camp for the U.S. Olympics team. A judge has yet to rule.
Bosh and Mathis battled over Trinity last June, when Bosh tried to get Mathis to allow their daughter to come see him play in the NBA Finals. Bosh didn't get extra time like he wanted, but the series lasted long enough for Trinity to see him play during one of her regularly-scheduled visits.

Allison Mathis claims that the producers folded and axed her from the show after she had already taped two episodes.
