Dr.Dre "2Pac 'Hologram' Is Not Going on Tour"

The 2pac Hologram (a.k.a. the "Holopac") may not be going on a tour anytime soon, at least according to Dr. Dre who spoke last night backstage at Coachella in Indio, Calif. "It was strictly for Coachella, get it right," Dr. Dre said in a video interview posted on YouTube "I want to get rid of all the rumors out there. This was not done for a tour."


The 2Pac 2D figure's spectacular debut during Snoop and Dr. Dre's Coachella performance last weekend led to speculation the virtual hip-hop legend might soon be going on tour.


Dre, however, didn't rule out the possibility: "If a tour happens, we'll see," adding "this was done strictly for Coachella 2012, baby, just for you."

Fingers keep pointing in the same direction in the cases of the unsolved murders of rap stars Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G. However, former Los Angeles Police Department detective Greg Kading claims to know exactly who the people behind the murders are but even more surprisingly, he claims that the LAPD has all of the evidence under lock and key.

Kading, an LAPD detective who was on the Tupac and Biggie investigation teams, says that he made copies of all audio recordings acquired during the investigation including alleged confessions from the key witnesses. According to LA Weekly, Kading will reveal in his upcoming book Murder Rap, that Keffe D, confessed in 2008 that he witnessed his nephew, the now-deceased Orlando Anderson, kill Shakur on orders from Sean "Diddy" Combs. Keffe went on record in order to receive clemency in pending cases against him, which was granted on the condition that none of his statements turned out to be false- including the one about Shakur's murder.

Kading also uses the alias "Theresa Swann" in his book, as a moniker for a close business associate and former longtime lover of Suge Knight's who admits that the Death Row leader commissioned the death of Biggie as a revenge killing.

Diddy, who sued the LA Times after they were forced to recant a 2008 story implicating him in the murder of Tupac Shakur, predictably dismissed Kading's claims. "This story is pure fiction and completely ridiculous," he told LA Weekly in an e-mail. Knight has yet to respond.

New Music Album: 2PAC "Makaveli 2012 Killuminati"

A new 2PAC album is in the works. "Makaveli 2012 Killuminati" will be released on September 13th. The project will feature lost and remixed recordings, as well as an unearthed interview audio, and will pair the late emcee with several rappers, including The Dogg Pound, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and The Outlawz. Interestingly, it also features collaborations with other deceased rappers, including Notorious B.I.G., Big Pun and Big L. The first single, “Thugz Get Lonely Too” features vocals from Al Green.

News: The Outlawz Smoked 2Pac's Ashes

The Outlawz most famous for the Biggie Smalls diss track "Hit 'em Up" -- said, "Yeah, it's definitely true" claiming it all went down at a beach memorial for 2Pac and his mom was present at the time.

The rappers claim the idea was inspired by a lyric in one of Tupac's songs in which he said, "Last wishes niggas, smoke my ashes."

So the Outlawz say they simply followed 2Pac's request explaining, "We twist up some of that great granddaddy California kush and mixed the big homie with it, so you know, 2Pac flowin' through our system."
