Chris Tucker recently returned to his roots by doing stand up comedy again but now he’s apparently facing losing his home.
According to CBS News, SunTrust Bank filed papers with Lake County courts against the comedian earlier this week. The 10,000 square-foot lakefront central Florida mansion was purchased in 2007 for $6 million.
CBS says documents shows the bank says the Rush Hour star owes more than $4.4 million. Currently, the property appraiser has the home assessed at $1.6 million
