Lauryn currently has five kids Zion, Selah, Joshua, John, and Sarah so this will be her 6th child.

UPDATE: Rohan Marley tweeted "2 things I'm not married and I don't have anyone expect anything"
Since then those tweets have disappeared and Rohan has corrected at least two congratulating fans since then. This situation sounds like its going to be very interesting, will we see these two on Maury?
