The 54th annual National Puerto Rican Day Parade will be held tomorrow on the East Side of Manhattan - where they expect up to 3 million spectators, many of them shirtless and gorgeous.
If it's not raining, I might jump on the subway tomorrow afternoon and go have a look-see.
