She is now being sued sued for allegedly burning down the Malibu beach house she was renting back in 2010.
According to the lawsuit Ricki was refilling a portable space heater and accidentally spilled the oil onto the hot heating coils and it burst into flames.
The owner, Hovsep Kousouyan, claims Ricki admitted the whole thing was her fault. The beach house was completely destroyed and he wants Ricki to pay for all the damages which could result in the millions.
