Tramar Dillard a.k.a Flo Rida Law was swerving in his and out of his lane and was pulled over early this morning.
He was given a field sobriety test and failed. His blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
Flo Rida tried to convince the officer to let him go but when they learned that his driver's license had been suspended last month for failing to pay a traffic fine they booked him.
