Tawana Iverson filed legal docs in Fulton County on Monday explaining that her 10-year marriage is "irretrievably broken."
They have 5 minor children together and she wants sole legal and physical custody.
Tawana is demanding child support and alimony payments, she also wants her fair share of the property and money accumulated during the marriage.
Just last year, Tawana filed for divorce from Allen but dropped it, they were able to work it out.
Allen is currently playing pro ball in Turkey, trying to come back into the NBA.

Tawanna Iverson told TMZ "Cheating in the marriage has never been an issue. My decision to divorce has nothing to do with another woman, Sometimes people just grow apart and it's just that simple." She goes on to say, "Many people want this to be more complicated than that and it's not."
