Good Cause: Back to School Bash & Basketball Tournament

Rapper Sadie Hawkins and Song Writer Christopher Doctor are preparing for there 2nd Annual "Communities United Back to School Bash & Basketball Tournament" that will take place on August 13th. This year they are collaborating with Hyatt Park, Palmetto Youth Connections, and Roberts Marketing with there efforts in helping the community.

There event last year at Lorick Park had over 500 attendees through out the day and were able to successfully feed over 300 people and provide over 175 bags full of school supplies to needy families.

They will be providing needy families with food, school supplies, live music, games, contests with prizes, and most importantly raise AWARENESS!

The overall reason for this event is to give awareness about gangs,
violence, and the choices that you make in life but at the same time provide a day of fun, school supplies, and food to the community. They have so many great things planned for this year's event!
