Matthew "Jett" Schaefer was a model, actor, and licenced airplane pilot. He was also a two-time cancer survivor - but his valiant battle with leukemia left his immune system too weak to fight a rare sinus infection. As a result, Schaefer passed away last month at the age of 36.
